I believe that influential leaders are extraordinary. But it's not just about knowing how to influence, it's about doing it in the right way.
There's no room for power and ego. Extraordinary leadership is courageous and compassionate. It comes from the heart, from fearless leaders who can show vulnerability and tenacity, who are authentic and consistent.
When you lead in this way the impact you have on others and through your work creates a positive ripple effect. The results you get for yourself, your career and for others exponentially expand and you role model hope for the future generations - who of course will be our future leaders.

The Clarity Leadership Dimension is all about how clear you are on your values, purpose and direction, and to what extent you use this to take decisive action. When you have clarity it brings you confidence and conviction. You know what you stand for, you know what you need, you know how you want to make a difference. When used in the right way this also inspires confidence in others because you are consistent. People trust consistency, they know where they stand.
The Connection Leadership Dimension is all about the connection you have and create with others. You can make an impact when people want to hear what you have to say. When you connect with others and they both know and understand you, you'll gain their trust and respect for you, your ideas and your message. Connection with others is enhanced through your ability to be authentic and vulnerable in your leadership, when you demonstrate vulnerability you give permission to others to do the same.
The Courage Leadership Dimension affects how big you play. The bigger you play, the greater the impact you can have in the world. None of us can control the risk that comes with bold, ambitious goals, but you can control how much courage you bring to your plans and aspirations. The more courage you bring, the bigger the sense of achievemnent, and the less failure you fear. There's a lot of coaches out there so what makes working with me unique?
- I know leaders. I had a successful global corporate career, then worked all over the world as a transformational leadership coach, and have been developing leaders since 2009.
- I made the leap from a successful corporate career to coach and now run a multi 6 figure global coaching training business, all whilst raising 3 young children. I know the emotional challenges and pressures that comes with being a leader and going after big goals.
- Bring all your lived experience. I create safe spaces and welcome all experiences and emotional challenges. As a trauma informed and sensitive coach I have the capacity, skill and openness to explore anything that feels relevant to what you are aiming to achieve.
- I work beyond mindset. Our work can explore multiple levels and layers of growth. Many coaches focus solely on mindset, but I work with both your conscious and unconscious mind to explore your thoughts, feelings, strategies and behaviours to bring you change from the root cause.
- Personalised coaching journeys. Every client is different so every coaching journey is different. I adapt and refine my approach to suit your needs. I draw from a range of coaching methodologies and techniques to ensure that you get the long lasting results you're looking for.
